ADHDDyslexiaMental overload
The ADHD planner that doesn’t overflow
Does your to-do list grow faster than it shrinks? NeuroFuel turns the endless list into a week that actually fits into your days: every task gets a day, a time and a duration, and the day stops when your energy runs out.
Free, no card required. On phone, tablet and computer.
Why to-do lists don’t work when you have ADHD
Many people with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) describe it the same way: you write everything down so you won’t forget, the list keeps growing, and by evening there are more tasks than there were in the morning. It isn’t laziness or a lack of willpower. However complete a list is, it never answers the three questions that get you stuck: when, how long, and where to start.
- Time is hard to judge. You plan ten tasks for a day that can only hold four.
- Choosing is exhausting. Faced with thirty lines, deciding what to do next uses up the energy you needed to do it.
- Getting started is the hardest part. Demanding tasks get pushed back to the hours when you no longer have the strength for them.
- Guilt builds up. Every unticked task becomes a broken promise to yourself, and the frustration grows week after week.
NeuroFuel was designed to break that cycle. Instead of another list, it gives you a week that’s already organised, matched to your real energy.
What NeuroFuel actually changes
Each feature answers a specific difficulty of getting organised with ADHD.
A capped day
Each task costs 1, 2 or 3 tokens depending on the mental effort it takes. A day holds 8 at most, so you can’t overload it without seeing it.
A time for every task
No more “I’ll do it today”. Every task gets a day, a start time and a duration, within your real working hours.
Hard work at the right time
Demanding tasks go on your peak focus hours, light tasks fill the gaps. You stop fighting against your own tiredness.
Just one thing to do
The Week screen shows the current slot and the client it’s for. No forty-line spreadsheet, no choices to make: you simply follow the thread.
Surprises without starting over
A meeting comes up or a task overruns? Say what’s changed: the assistant reorganises the week and tells you what it moved.
Empty your head in one go
Quick capture turns a stream of ideas into sorted tasks. On a computer you can dictate it; on a phone, your keyboard’s microphone does the same job.
A classic to-do list or a NeuroFuel schedule?
| Classic to-do list | NeuroFuel | |
|---|---|---|
| When to do the task | Up to you, again and again | A day and time assigned |
| Daily workload | No limit, the list keeps growing | Capped at 8 energy tokens |
| Difficult tasks | Pushed to the end of the day | Placed on your peak focus hours |
| Something comes up | Everything needs reorganising | The assistant replans the week |
| End of the week | Overdue tasks and guilt | A clear review and a fresh start |
| Readability | One layout for everyone | Dyslexia mode with a suitable font |
ADHD and dyslexia: an app you can read
ADHD and dyslexia often go hand in hand. In Settings, dyslexia mode changes the font (OpenDyslexic or Lexend), spaces out letters and lines, and switches to a cream background that’s easier on the eyes. The setting is saved to your account and follows you to all your devices.
Your calendar, always up to date
On the Pro plan, NeuroFuel syncs with Google Calendar: your appointments are respected, and your work slots appear there with a reminder five minutes before. You no longer have to remember to check the list: your calendar reminds you.
Your energy for your core skills
Your best hours go to the work that matters and that you’re good at, not to unnecessary tasks that add no real value.
More revenue in the weeks ahead
By respecting your energy, you finish more billable work and lose fewer hours redoing things. More productive, without working longer.
ADHD planner: your questions
Is NeuroFuel a medical app?
No. NeuroFuel is an organisation tool, not a medical device. It helps you structure your week but makes no diagnosis and does not replace support from a healthcare professional.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use it?
Not at all. NeuroFuel is for anyone who struggles to keep on top of their diary, has too many tasks or ends the day frustrated. The app never asks you for any health information.
Is NeuroFuel free?
Yes. The planner is free, with no card required and no time limit. The Pro and Expert plans add Google Calendar sync, the assistant that captures and replans, and the weekly review.
Which devices does it work on?
Phones, tablets and computers, straight from the browser. You can add it to your home screen to open it like an app. The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon, and your account will carry over as it is.
Can I dictate my tasks instead of typing them?
Yes. On a computer, dictation is built into quick capture. On phones and tablets, use your keyboard’s microphone: it works in all your apps, NeuroFuel included.
What happens if I don’t finish my day?
Nothing serious. An unfinished task can be replanned, and every week starts afresh: the boxes untick themselves while your clients and habits stay remembered. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s days that hold together.
